• Log out of your account after using a shared device
• Report any suspicious access to your account immediately

AP77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact ap77 customer support immediately.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

AP77 accepts deposits via multiple trusted payment methods available in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, TNG eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Deposits must be made from an account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• AP77 reserves the right to hold suspicious deposits pending further investigation.
• All deposits are final once processed and cannot be reversed

5Fund Withdrawal

AP77 processes withdrawals quickly — most requests are completed within 5 to 15 minutes from the time the application is received and verified.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account in the member's own name
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed

10Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by Member

You may close your ap77 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once any applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Suspension by AP77

AP77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Member's own request for responsible gaming purposes
• Legal or regulatory compliance requirements

11Limitation of Liability

AP77 provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no written or implied warranties that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. AP77 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions or scheduled system maintenance
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances

The maximum total liability of ap77 to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
